Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard shipping with a $40+ purchase. Shipping speed is 5-7 Business Days. Expedited Shipping (1-3 Business Days) is also available. We ship domestically Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. However, please allow 5-7 business days for your orders to be processed and then shipped. 

If you are paying with PayPal, please note that PayPal will hold your funds if the shipping address on file with PayPal does not match the shipping address you have on file with us. Therefore, we will have to ship your package as soon as your funds are released.

 

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import fees are charged once the package reaches its destination are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Errors and Shipment Delays

Weekend Fetish will not be responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural factors or environmental factors. We suggest that you place your order well in advance to allow for unplanned and unforeseen delays.

Any shipping errors must be reported no more than 3 business days from the date of delivery. Once we confirm the incorrect order was shipped, we reserve the right to either ship the correct item(s) or issue a full refund. However, incorrect item(s) must be returned prior to reshipping or issuance of a refund. Weekend Fetish will pay shipping costs for incorrect orders.
